Kulfi

what you need

1 Can Evaporated Milk

1 Can Condensed Milk

1 8oz tub of Cool Whip

3 Slices of bread with crusts

Chopped/slivered pistachios (or almonds)

make it

BLEND
Blend together all the above ingredients and pour it in popsicle moulds. Refrigerate overnight.

That's it!
TIPS:
-I like using brown bread instead of white.

-I set my Kulfi in square plastic tupperware containers, about an inch thick. I get 2-3 of those depending on the size. If you are using plastic containers then do not fill them too deep. It gets really hard to slice kulfi.

-Serve it with ready made Falooda. I also use angel hair pasta instead of falooda and drizzle it with some Rooh Afza.
